Hi what rooms have a balcony please.

The rooms on the floor with balcony are 6 bed dorms, except for one private room (double Ensuite with balcony).

Do you only bookings if under 35 ? Like your other hostel Flying Pig.

Hi! Thank you for your question. We do accept bookings for people older than 35 years old. Flying Pig as well, but they just keep everyone up to date the age group of people staying there is 18-40 years old, so everyone feels comfortable.

How to keep luggage in hostel?

Before check-in and after check-out, we have coin-operated lockers where you can store your bags. Once in the room, you have a locker under your bed, you just need a padlock.

When does buffer breakfast finish ?

hi, for the standard double room, does it have lift access to the room?is it ok to check out early? if i want to check out at 5;:45am to catch a flight.

All our private rooms are in the main building and are accessible by lift. As we have a 24h reception, check-out can be done early morning.

There is no hairdryer in the room. You can borrow a hairdryer from the receptionfor a deposit. You get the deposit back when you return the hairdryer.

Hi, We only have 6 bed or 10 bed pod dorms. by pod dorms we mean that every bed in those rooms have an curtain and their own plugs. the 4 bed mixed dorms do not have an curtain.

We do have an 18+ policy but we do not have an upper age limit. You can definitely book with us!

Is a (very) late check in available? We will be landing on 21/04 at 01:10 am. If we pay for 20/04, can we check in at about 03-04 am on 21/04?

As we do have a 24h reception, you can come and check in anytime. Check-in being after 3 pm, if you would like to check in early in the morning, you would have to book the previous night indeed. Regards,

Mejorar la atención al cliente en el desayuno
Me pareció cómodo y seguro, los señores de la puerta fueron muy atentos y los chicos de recepción también
No me gusto la atención de la barra de desayunos, a la hora del desayuno tenias que esperar al personal para que te atiendan por que ellos también estaban desayunando, no me pareció correcto y atendían de mala manera, salvo una chica española!

Buena ubicación, buena señal WiFi, cama cómoda. Sólo considerar que se encuentra en un barrio con varios locales nocturnos y la entrada al hostal es por el bar. A pesar de esto, una vez entrando al hostal no se siente nada de ruido

Lo recomiendo solo para jóvenes que quieren fiestas.
Me gustó el precio y la ubicación bastante céntrica. Nada que decir de la limpieza, impecable el baño y la cama muy cómoda con luz propia y conectores para recargar tu teléfono.
Que me enviaron a un piso con escaleras en punta, sin ascensor y mi maleta era gigante. Tampoco me gustó el poco respeto de algunos huéspedes, los portazos a media noche de entrada o salida, uno que a las 4 am empezó a arreglar su maleta sin importarle el ruido, otro que fumó un poco de marihuana en la misma habitación pero lo apagó enseguida cuando notó el detector de humo. Es un hostal para jóvenes que tienen ganas de fiesta porque generalmente llegan tarde, hacen ruido, si eres alguien que quiere explorar y hacer tours, este no es tu lugar.
